Programs on the Portal are run by the organizations that publish them ("the organizers"). By using the Portal, you agree to the practices described below.

  • Account details such as your name and email address, provided through our sign-in provider.
  • Profile information you enter, including contact, education, location, and organization membership details.
  • Your application answers and any files you upload, such as documents or photos.
  • Proof of payment you submit for programs that require a fee.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to operate the Portal — to review your applications, check program eligibility, verify payments, issue and verify admit cards, and send you updates about your applications.

3. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored securely. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and accessed only through temporary, expiring links. Access is limited to authorised organizer staff who need it to process your applications.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the authorised organizer staff and administrators who manage the programs you apply to, and with the service providers that help us run the Portal (such as sign-in and file storage). We never share it for advertising.

5. Your choices

You can view and update most of your information from your profile at any time. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us using the details below. Some records may be retained where required for program administration.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference (English or Urdu). The Portal does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
